Meekatharra Motel – Cancellation & Refund Policy
All bookings made with Meekatharra Motel are strictly non-refundable.
By making a booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees that:
All payments made towards a booking are non-refundable.
Cancellations at any time will result in 100% of the booking amount being retained.
No refund will be provided due to change of mind, change of plans, dissatisfaction with the accommodation, personal preferences, illness, personal circumstances, travel delays, transport cancellations, weather conditions, work commitments or failure to travel.
“Not satisfied” or simply not liking the room, facilities, location or accommodation experience does not qualify for a refund.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Early departure or unused nights will not be refunded.
Changing booking dates may be treated as a cancellation and is subject to availability and management approval.
Any goodwill refund, credit or alternative arrangement is entirely at the discretion of Meekatharra Motel management.
This policy is subject to any consumer rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.
By completing a booking, guests confirm that they have read, understood and accepted this non-refundable policy.
